Guest Rooms
You can call to make a reservation or fill out a reservation request form. Just fill out the required fields and click on the Submit Request button. The request is emailed to us with all of the information you put on the form. We will verify the availability of the room for the date you requested, then we will contact you ASAP to confirm your request and book your reservation.
Serenity Suite $ 130 + state and local tax
The Serenity Suite is our largest room. It is furnished with antiques, a beautiful king size brass bed and a wall sized framed mirror.
At the end of the day snuggle down in luxury linens and take in the views. You will see valley below and the hills beyond that. Or settle in and watch some of your favorite satellite TV programs. At the end of each you are here you will find homemade cookies in your room.
The large en-suite private bath has a large corner jetted tub and handcrafted olive oil soap by Anna’s Essentials . The tub is the perfect size for two. After bathing, wrap up in a soft comfy robe.

Heritage Room $ 100 + state and local tax
This room is filled with family history and heritage. In this room you will see family photos and James and Debra's Texas memorabilia. There are photos of James' mother Faye on a Oklahoma trail ride with her friend Dale Wells. Dale was a famous Texas cowboy. He really could ride and rope. There are also photos of Debra's Grandfather Elmer and his favorite horse Trixy. Elmer and Faye were horse lovers through and through.
The Heritage room with it's queen size bed and luxury linens is a great place to relax after a long day of activities. Kick back in the bed and take in the view of some the gardens and the hill beyond. Or watch local channels on the room TV. Garden Room $ 100 + state and local tax
The Garden room is our only upstairs room. Cozy up in the queen size four poster bed and take in the valley view. Don't be surprised to see beautiful birds soaring outside the window. In the summer occasionally a hummingbird will fly up and look in as if to say, "Hello!" The room also has a TV with local channels.

Hillside Room $ 90 + state and local tax
The Hillside room has a view of the trees at the top of hill and a rose garden. When you look out of the window you never know what you will see. Wild life is all around. Don't be suprised to see deer, wild turkey or any of the other locals visiting.
The hand carved antique bed and matching dresser make this room feel cozy and warm. This room has the same type of luxury linens as the other rooms. So kick back on the bed in a comfy robe to read a good book or watch local TV channels.

Need two rooms?
If you are traveling with family or friends and need two rooms and don't mind sharing a bath, then the Heritage and Hillside rooms are for you!!!!
Heritage and Hillside Rooms together $150 + state and local tax
The Heritage and Hillside rooms work well for family or friends traveling together. The large bath is between the two rooms giving guest in each room their privacy.
No Worries, your bath is PRIVATE, you will not be sharing.
All rooms have central heat and air, ceiling fans, alarm clock radios and blow dryers. Also each room has a diary with past guest comments. Read what past guests have written and add your own comments.
Every night guest are here they will find homemade cookies in their room!!
Relax in the living room, take in the views, read or watch Satellite TV.
